Opportunities Engine: 'Missed Opportunities'
Learn how Pulsate identifies missed opportunities and supports re-engagement campaigns.
The Opportunities Engine not only highlights your Top Opportunities, but also surfaces Missed Opportunities—members who were targeted in previous campaigns but did not engage. This feature allows you to re-engage segments that might otherwise be lost.
When a campaign is dismissed, Pulsate automatically creates an auto-segment that captures those users. The engine also suggests both a channel and a message for the follow-up. These suggestions are fully customizable, giving you the flexibility to adjust the message to your tone and strategy.
It’s important to note that the system does not send follow-ups automatically. The financial institution (FI) must manually press “send” to execute the campaign, ensuring you remain in full control of your messaging.
The Opportunities Engine identifies missed opportunities based on:
- Opportunity Tiles: Segments originally highlighted as valuable for engagement.
- User Engagement Data: Specifically, users who dismissed or did not interact with previous campaigns.
By combining these two data points, the engine ensures that the surfaced “missed opportunities” represent meaningful chances to re-engage.
